Insurance accepted/Fees

Currently we accept CIGNA, United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health, UMR, United Oxford, OPTUM behavioral Health, AETNA, 1199SEIU, Medicare AARP, MVP, Heathfirst, Humana more Payers to follow soon. Out of Network costs as follows;  initial visit and evaluation is $450-$500 per visit and follow up with psychotherapy, medication management, counseling and support is $200-$350
